1. Sales & Booking Manager (Cartagena, Colombia – On-site)

Manage inbound bookings and sales for private charters, cultural tours, and events.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and client retention.

Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with itinerary planning.

Must be organized, results-driven, and fluent in English & Spanish.
2. Tour Manager / Administrator (Cartagena, Colombia – On-site)

Oversee the daily operations of Explore Tribu’s tours, ensuring seamless execution.

Manage tour logistics, staffing, and on-ground operations.

Work closely with guides, boat captains, and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.

Maintain quality control and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
3. Tour Guide / Brand Ambassador (Cartagena, Colombia – On-site)

Lead guests on immersive Afro-Latin cultural experiences and private yacht charters.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure all travelers have a memorable experience.

Represent the Explore Tribu brand at events, tours, and experiences.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish with strong people skills.
4. Executive Assistant (Remote & On-site Hybrid Role)

Provide administrative and organizational support to company leadership.
